Cancellation
Do you have monthly subscription access, one-time pay membership access, or another type of product altogether? This cancellation policy only applies to montly subscriptions and one-time payments.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, the Terms of your purchase is the governing the document when it comes to your product's cancelation policy. If this cancellation policy differs from the Terms of your purchase, then the Terms of your purchase will be the governing document. With that said, here's how you can cancel.
Monthly Subscriptions
This subscription plan renews monthly at the same rate. Your credit card will be charged monthly the subscription rate until canceled regardless of frequency of use. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription materials until your subscription period ends. After the end of your subscription period, you will no longer have access to the subscription materials. No refunds are issued for funds already paid toward your subscription. No prior charges will be reversed, regardless of frequency of use.

If you wish to cancel via email: Before emailing us to cancel, please attempt to cancel your subscription yourself using the link above. To cancel a monthly subscription, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "The Dissertation Mentor: Cancel Membership" using the email address you utilized to purchase your membership. Please provide your full name, email address, billing address, and a sentence making it clear you want to cancel. If you would like, we'd also like to know why you are canceling - but an explanation is not required to cancel. Please ensure the subject line appears as above. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, we did not get your email. We will always send a reply confirming your cancellation if you emailed us. If you do not receive such a reply, your subscription is active an you should attempt to cancel using the self-service option above and via the phone option below.
If you wish to cancel via phone: You may cancel by calling us directly at +1-503-906-6568 and leaving us a voicemail. Please ensure you include your name, your email address, and your phone number along with your request to cancel your subscription. You will receive an email-based reply confirming your cancelation within 24 hours.
One-Time Payments (billed once; not recurring)
When you purchase an offer that involves a one-time payment, your payment method is charged one time. If you wish, we can cancel your ability to log into our system. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of frequency of use. Once your cancellation request is made, you cannot undo your cancellation and to gain access to your purchase: you will have to purchase it again subject to availability and updated pricing.
To cancel your one-time purchase account and have us remove your ability to log into our system, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "The Dissertation Mentor: Cancel Product Access" using the email address you utilized to purchase your access to the product. Please provide your full name, email address, billing address, and a sentence making it clear you want to cancel. If you would like, we'd also like to know why you are canceling - but an explanation is not required to cancel. We will always reply within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email reply from us within 24 hours, we did not receive your email request! Please note that this instructions related to one-time payments differ from the instructions for subscription payments. If you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, please look at the "monthly subscriptions" section above and follow those instructions.
Other Purchases
Some purchases you may have made may not be related to purchasing access to materials behind our password protected section of our site. For this reason, you must access the terms associated with that purchase to see if "cancellation" is applicable to your situation.
